Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, October 10) — After several rollbacks, fuel companies announced hefty oil price hikes this week, with diesel increasing by at least ₱6 per liter.
Cleanfuel and Seaoil said starting Tuesday, they would raise the per-liter prices of gasoline and diesel by ₱1.20 and ₱6.85, respectively.
Seaoil said its kerosene price would also be heftier by ₱3.50 per liter.
Based on the Department of Energys oil monitor as of Oct. 4, per-liter increases in the local market stood at ₱14.45 for gasoline, diesel at ₱28.95, and ₱23.25 for kerosene since the start of 2022.
